Data collected

Through the quote form, we receive only what you write in it: company name, full name, phone number, email address, municipality of the premises, service required, preferred frequency, your message and your consent to the processing of this data. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the data you share with us through that channel.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to respond to your quote request and to follow it up. The processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Recipients

The data is read by SEHNSE SYSTEMS BV alone. The form is received by the website's host, Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States), which forwards it to our email address. As Netlify is established in the United States, this transfer outside the European Union is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914).

Retention period

If your request does not lead to a contract, your data is kept for no more than twelve months after our last exchange, then deleted. If a contract is concluded, it becomes part of your client file and is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the period required by legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, or object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out. Simply write to info@sehnse.be.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
